Good location but hotel conditions a bit old and not well maintained.

Stayed in a newly renovated room and that's nice and spacious. Happy with the room. However, the front desk receptionist could be more helpful when I asked whether the hotel has a plaster since I hurt my fingers. The receptionist told me to get it at KSL mall nearby. This seems strange since every hotel should have some basic first aid kit which they can use in caae of emergency. Also, the breakfast area ventilation could be better since every morning I went down to breakfast, my clothes reek of oil smell.

Front desk staff were professional and polite. The room was old, but still rather clean. A/C not as strong but still acceptable. Breakfast spread was quite good. The distance to KSL is walkable.

The hotel was conveniently located near KSL, making it accessible to the mall and food outlets around the area. It would be great if the greater attention was paid to room’s cleanliness.

Breakfast buffet spread was quite nice.
Location is very convenient.
Part of the hotel is newly renovated so those rooms are cleaner and nicer.

The location is good.
The room is new as it was recently renovated but the towel and bedsheets are old and need to be changed.
Last day of my stay was not pleasant. Went out for breakfast and come back ard 11am but the access card was blocked. Went down to activate the card but still it was blocked. Went down again and the manager come up with us to open the door for us.
